We didn’t get an early start afterall. We stayed up late with our hosts Ellen and Mary and their neighbour, Cidy playing on the Xbox. We formed a band and played bad rock music until 2am. What a hoot!

Still struggling with the time differences, but we were out by midday for a walk around St John township. First stop was the Loyalist Burial Ground then a visit to the city market.

We left the hostel at 4.10am Monday morning for the short shuttle ride to the San Francisco airport (20 mins). The freeway was six lanes (going one way) in places and I was glad I wasn’t the driver! How Americans cope driving on the right side of the road with six lanes is beyond me.
